Illustrated on the left, is a vacuum coffee brewing system that uses two chambers where vapor pressure and vacuum produce coffee that some believe is a better brewing method. Example: the water is heated to a boil in the glass carafe while coffee grounds are prepared and placed in the coffee ground container. The stem of the coffee ground container is inserted into the top of the said glass carafe. When the boiling water makes its way up the stem of the carafe into the said coffee ground container, the coffee has now been fully brewed, but still contains the coffee grounds. The glass carafe is now taken off the heated surface, and as the glass carafe cools off, the brewed coffee is drawn through the filter of the coffee ground container and back down into the glass carafe. The coffee is now ready to pour. |
