Shipping

Coffee will be shipped via Express Mail Service (Indonesian Registered Post) from Surabaya, Indonesia. It may take 1-3 weeks for products to arrive; however, it may take longer depending on your location.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of an order by email to sales@luwakurbanblendz.com. No cancellations will be accepted after that time.

Our guarantee & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the coffee unused and in original packaging for a 100% refund of the purchase price. Returns must be made within 15 days after you have received product. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
